Encontro - F&P, SDEPCI e Governo do Estado sobre a Usina Termelétrica - Pampa Sul
No dia 13 de Agosto de 2015, na sede da Flach & Philippsen, escritório especialista no setor de energia, em parceria com o Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Prefeitura de Candiota e CEEE organizaram um evento de integração entre as agências do Governo, Shandong Eletrical Power Engineering Consulting Institute CO. (SDEPCI) e Tractebel Energia. O evento realizado no auditório da empresa Flach & Philippsen contou com a presença do Secretário de Minas e Energia do Rio Grande do Sul, Sr. Lucas Redecker, o Vice - Governador do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Sr. José Paulo Cairoli, o Diretor de Planejamento da CEEE, Sr. Cesar Baumgratz, representante da Prefeitura de Candiota, membros da SDEPCI, Sr. Lu Haijun e Sr. Ma Junfei, junto com a equipe da Flach & Philippsen, dentre outras autoridades.
O empreendimento estimado em 2 bilhões, que em sua primeira fase, terá capacidade instalada de 340MW, encontra-se em fase de terraplanagem e construção. Em 2019 esta previsto o início da sua operação comercial.

Meeting - F&P, SDEPCI, and the State Government about the thermoelectric plant - Pampa Sul
On August 13, 2015, at Flach & Philippsen headquarters, a law firm specializing in the energy sector, in partnership with the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Candiota City Hall, and CEEE, organized an integration event between the Government agencies, Shandong Eletrical Power Engineering Consulting Institute CO. (SDEPCI) and Tractebel Energia. The event was held at the Flach & Philippsen auditorium, and was attended by the Secretary of Mines and Energy for Rio Grande do Sul, Mr. Lucas Redecker, the Vice-Governor of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Mr. José Paulo Cairoli, Director of Planning for CEEE, Mr. Cesar Baumgratz, a representative from Candiota City Hall, and SDEPCI members, Mr. Lu Haijun and Mr. Ma Junfei, along with the Flach & Philippsen team, as well as other authorities.
The venture, budgeted at 2 billion, will have an installed capacity of 340MW. It is currently in its initial phase of earthworks and construction. Commercial operations are scheduled for 2019.
